3rd Annual Valentines Day Sucks Party...

We’re proud to announce that Julie and Ingrid have invited us back for the 3rd Annual Valentines Day Sucks party! We played the 1st party two years ago at the Atlanta Brewing Company to a crowd of about 300. Last year’s party, played by one of our favorite bands Unzipt, built upon that success and we’re expecting this year’s party to be even more successful. Lot’s of your friends, Alcohol, lot’s of new hip people for you to meet, Great Venue, Julie/Ingrid, a Saturday night and The Commitaphobics…equals a recipe for an kick’n party
What’s it all about? Well, aside from the fact that our band name works perfectly with Julie and Ingrid’s party theme, AND aside from the fact that it will be a party that you don’t want to miss…it actually has a very redeeming purpose. Julie and Ingrid are part of an organization called Team-in-Training that raises money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma society, and will be competing in a Triathlon to raise money for a specific individual with Cancer.
Since its inception in 1988, TNT has helped nearly 160,000 individuals – more than 30,000 annually achieve their dream of completing an event such as a triathlon or marathon. Since 1988 these volunteers have raised more then $350 million! It’s with your help that this has been made possible. As part of Team in Training I have committed to raise $4000. 75% of the money raised goes directly to cancer research, the other 25% or less goes to the race itself. I am asking for your support and help to meet this goal before February 10th. Every step counts, as does every dollar. No amount is too small or too large – thanks for your support and we hoped to see you there!
