Biography

Mark "TLC" McKee

Drums, Vocals
Morristown, New Jersey

("TLC" is short for the education received in life..."Two-by-four Left Cranium"!)

Drums, Vocals (and sometimes I hear things including off the wall harmonies and riffs that no one else seems to follow!), Blues Harmonica, Flute, and any other instrument T. Collie will let me experiment on (all at once or one at a time)!

I hail from Morristown, New Jersey ( Yeah...I Know...I'm a Yankee Transplant...but now... I'm just a "Good-ol'-boy" Southern Man...the one Neil Young still sings about.), was raised in New Canaan, Connecticut as a wee lad and have spent most of my life as a frustrated musician in Atlanta, G.A....You'll note that I haven't given up "my daytime job" for my music career...that automatically qualifies me as a "true-blue" musician! One more thing...it takes a real man to admit that my college ( Presbyterian College, Clinton, S.C.) mascott is this Scottsman guy who wears Blue Hose...yes...you heard it right...my Alma Mater is the "Fighting Blue Hose". (You learn to fight quickly and effectively if you wear Blue Hose!!!!).

Musical influences: Buddy Rich, The Beatles (John Lennon and George Harrison especially), Bob Dylan, Ian Anderson(Jethro Tull), Joni Mitchell, Weather Report, Chic Corea, Gentle Giant, Passport, Stanley Clarke, Doug Walters, Genesis( w/ Peter Gabrial), Jimi Hendrix, Tim Preston, Dale Hicks, Buffalo Springfield, C,S,N,&Y, T.
